REGISTERING
To register as a new user, click on Register at the top of the window.
You will be asked for your name, a username and password, and contact information, including your email address.
Be sure to scroll down on your page to confirm your registration.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register.! WHAT IMPORTANCE IS CONFIMATION after you have Registered ?
The most IMPORTANT action to follow is that an email is sent to you after you have Registered.
You may have Registered without Confirmation which is temporary.
ONLY after you have CONFIRMED this email, you may enjoy the benefits of as member of philactica.co.nz. WHY CHOOSE PHILACTICA ?
This is a all philately site for the beginner and advanced collector.
The Senior or Junior member (above 18 years) is offered this platform to buy his missing items or to sell off his stock.
Its like the clothes you wear – if it looks good on you, you feel good.
Fine philatelic items make collectors feel on top of world.

BASIC, but we like to think BETTER.
The normal ability to showcase your material for sale and affording the collector to find items, enhancing his collection via a simple process.
Allows your suitable images for larger visuals and your manipulation to correctly describe detail. WHY SELECTAUCTION INSTEAD of a FIXED PRICE ?
AUCTION allows bidders their choice of a bid value whereas a BUY NOW static price may attract buyers.
Both options require a stipulated time-frame of your choice. WHAT is the IMPORTANTCE in selecting the CORRECT CATEGORY ?
The simple answer is that any listing is correctly placed for users to find.
A new Category may be requested via CONTACT US. WHAT are the OUSTANDING FEATURES ?
When scrolling, Thumbnail images are large enough and they can be identified straight off.
Images (300kb max. to .jpg format) enlarged are only as good as your original scan or photo.
Easy EDITING should you have misspelt or forgotten to add some detail.
Uploading images are incorporated with ease.

When you offer the same item of which you multiples at the same price till all have been sold.
e.g. If you have 6 PUC Pounds Mint Never Hinged offered at an X fixed price till all sold.
Offers could be negotiated to buy two or three at a time. To view your Account Status:-

>>MY ACCOUNT
>>OUSTANDING PAYMENTS(BR>
It shows ACCOUNT BALANCE and the Amount Due to be Paid.
Any Credit ( less any transfer FEES incurred ) paid to philactica.co.nz via PayPal or otherwise is paid into your Account and reflected in ACCOUNT BALANCE.
Thus to avoid account suspension and waiting time till funds are replenished, a Credit Balance covering your lots for sale would be to your advantage.
The Amount Due to be Paid if above (minus) - NZ$5.00, will result in account suspension until covering payment is received.

Payment is negotiated between BUYER and SELLER to the initial guidelines or options of the seller.
Such payments are without involvement or interference of Philactica and sole responsibility of the parties concerned.
FEE allocation can be viewed in the link right on the bottom of any page.
Only SUCCESS FEES are basic commission dues for a Standard listing of up to 5 pictures.
Bold, Featured or Highlighted attract additional minimum fees.
SETUP FEES are FREE up to NZ$ 599.00. WHAT is my (You the SELLER – VENDOR) BALANCE ?
When the Vendor (you the seller) sells an item your paid by the buyer as you both agree on.
The Commission as in FEES is deducted from your account with a Start- off value of NZ$5.00 credit.
Should your commission payable on sales be NZ$6.50 since you started you would be NZ$1.50 owing Philactica.
If you make a payment to Philactica via PayPal or other method the amount received would be credited to you account.
Commission is deducted as per you Sales and Fees structure.
Sample in NZ$:-
Philactica Starter Credit$5.00 5.00 Ct
Sales for (5 lots) March 3.50 1.50 Ct
Sales for (4 lots) April 4.50 3.00 Dt
Deposit Received (€10) 21.00 18.00 Ct
